The neighborhood
The apartment is at 305 Promenade des Anglais.
To go to the beach, just cross the street.
You have the avenue of California just behind, on which there are many shops: supermarkets, tobacco, bakeries, restaurants ...
Many buses can bring you to the old town. You can also go there by bike Blue (available everywhere), and for the bravest, walk: 45 min, 4.5 km (the opportunity to enjoy a walk on the promenade des anglais).
Getting around
The Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 3km or 5 minutes by car.
Saint Augustin SNCF Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.
You can take the bus, tram or taxi to reach the apartment.
Other things to note
Hostenga authorizes itself to verify your identity before handing over the keys and informs you that a deposit will be collected before arrival and refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure by credit card.
Arrivals or departures between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. will be accompanied by a cash supplement to be paid directly to the concierge who will welcome you.
