Welcome to our So'7 Gauthier apartment of 42 m2 located in the heart of Casablanca. As soon as you arrive, you will be immediately captivated by the apartment and the decoration that is offered to you.
Our apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed (160) with a high quality mattress, and a modern and elegant bathroom with a large Italian shower. The bright living room is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable space to relax after a day of work or a visit to the city. You have access to the lovely balcony from the living room.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your favorite meals with modern and quality equipment. You can also enjoy a dining table for intimate meals.

You will feel comfortable during your stay: 1 Flat Screen TV, Refrigerator and freezer, Cooker, Oven and microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, etc...

🅿️ Private parking: one parking space is included in the basement (⚠️ Access to the basement is not suitable for large sedans or SUVs)

The neighborhood

Gauthier is a downtown neighborhood known for its eclectic culinary scene that includes fast food, Asian restaurants and European cuisine. It also features traditional pubs and chic rooftop bars. The shopping scene is also varied, with independent boutiques and chain stores selling books, musical instruments, electronics and home goods. Set in peaceful gardens, the white-fronted Art Deco Villa des Arts displays a collection of contemporary art and hosts regular concerts.

Getting around

Cab : Many cabs circulate in the city for your travels
Car: If you prefer to drive, there is free underground parking.

Other things to note

Hostenga takes the liberty of verifying your identity before handing over the keys and informs you that a deposit will be collected before arrival and refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure by credit card.
Arrivals or departures between 9pm and 8am will be accompanied by a cash supplement to be paid directly to the concierge who will welcome you.
