The space
As soon as you arrive, you'll be welcomed into a beautiful living room with walls painted in lively, warm colors, comfortable sofas, a charming coffee table and a TV set for watching your favorite programs with family or friends. The living room is well lit thanks to large bay windows giving a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
The second part of the living area is dedicated to serving as a dining room, equipped with a beautiful dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy your meals with ease. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances for added comfort, it includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, ... All in a chic style with a large window. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, the main one with a comfortable king-size bed and storage space, and a private bathroom with bathtub and WC. This room has a large window with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The second bedroom is well lit via a beautiful window, with a double bed and storage space to facilitate your stay. The last bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a work area equipped with a computer. Finally, there's a separate bathroom with WC and shower for you to take your moments of relaxation in complete ease.

Walk along the Promenade des Anglais: Enjoy a stroll along this famous seaside promenade, which offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. It's a 23-minute walk via avenue Baquis.
-Visit the Château de Nice: Discover the ruins of the medieval castle located on the hill of the Château, offering a panoramic view of the city. Located 32 minutes by car via voie Pierre Mathis.
-Museums and art galleries: Visit interesting museums such as the Musée Matisse, the Musée d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain (MAMAC), or the Villa Masséna.

-Sea transport: As Nice is a coastal city, there may be boat or shuttle services for getting around the coast or to other coastal destinations. Car rental: Car rental is also a popular option for those wishing to explore the Nice area and its surroundings independently.
