Soggiorno molto gradevole. Casa fornita di libri e giochi per bambini in diverse lingue. Vista notevole sulla campagna/colline e piccolo soggiorno arredato con gusto. Era il secondo soggiorno a Biot e spero che non sarà l'ultimo. Da rivedere (manutenzione ordinaria): le prese a muro, lampadina anticamera, finestra bloccata e priva di maniglia e tenda cucina rotta, posate cucine (cucchiaini) mancanti.

Points positifs : logement relativement spacieux ; toilettes séparées de la SDB ; vue agréable depuis les fenêtres côté sud ; quartier et immeuble calmes (mais apparemment travaux en cours dans l’immeuble) Points négatifs : 2 prises électriques à moitié arrachées ; fuite siphon sous évier de la cuisine ; douchette sale ; tirette du lavabo cassée ; draps posés à même le matelas tâché (pas d’alese ni housse de protection) et oreillers très jaunes ; fenêtre de la cuisine sans volets ni rideaux sans doute en travaux, alors qu’elle donne sur la rue en RDC : il a été possible tant bien que mal de tendre un drap devant la fenêtre Joli village mais très pentu et parkings éloignés - à réserver aux personnes en forme qui ne craignent pas d’affronter des rues en pente raide

Avoid this host. Having arrived in a small French village for a wedding, we found the code provided for the lockbox was incorrect. After several failed attempts to contact the host several times we received no response. There was no other accommodation available at this time, so we were left with no alternative place to stay.

The apartment is great with all the amenities that you need and in a very central location so you can walk everywhere. The bed was very comfortable with a lovely view of the hills and it was very quiet. I would very much recommend staying here.

Unterkunft ungenügend/ sehr schlecht
Positive: No comment Negative: Extrem runtergekommenes, stinkendes Gebäude, unsauber vor allem im Eingangsbereich. Defekte Geräte, keine Klimaanlage, kaputte rausgerissene Steckdosen (extrem gefährlich besonders für Kind), kaputte Spüle (Wasser lief aus), kein Licht in der Küche, sehr runtergekommene Badewanne. Dreckiges und verklebtes Geschirr und Geräte in der Küche. Probleme bei der Schlüsselübergabe und Kaution. Kaution wurde nicht zurückerstattet, obwohl wir das Appartement sehr sauber und ohne Defekte hinterlassen haben. Mängel wurden nicht behoben und niemand war mehr erreichbar. Das einzig positive war das nette Putzpersonal, wenn man die Sauberkeit nicht mitgerechnet hat. Ansonsten alles in einem eine einzige Katastrophe. Das ist sehr schade, weil der Ort an sich sehr sympathisch ist.

Positive: Great apartment in Biot, with everything you need for a homely stay. Negative: No parking, but there is free parking about 200m away (down a steep hill).

The Moxey hotel was great!
Positive: This is not an acceptable location for someone who has a disability. There was no toilet paper or paper towels.The location states it’s a 5 min walk but it was a 20 min hike up a steep hill. The art work was unacceptable for a child. Negative: There should have been a notice for people with disabilities. Very deceptive description of location. The parking is not a 5 min walk. We were unable to stay due to a disability and we were unable to receive our money back.

Cozy apartment in the beautiful, quiet village of Biot. The people were very friendly and it was easy to communicate in English. Take time to explore the shops and little cafe’s. The host was very responsive to our questions. The parking is below the village so be prepared to walk up hill to the apartment. The apartment was adequately furnished and the bed was comfortable. The view out the bedroom window was lovely and we enjoyed hearing the birds each morning.
