Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy Maison très jolie et très bien placée ! Elle est parfaitement équipée :) Le wifi n’était pas toujours au top, et aussi attention le paiement est en pound et peut donc générer des frais bancaires supplémentaires

Un très beau logement parfaitement situé. Des magasins à proximité (Intermarché) et vraiment à 5 min à pieds du centre-ville. Le logement propose deux salles de bain, ce qui est très pratique pour les dix convives. Belle belle de vie (salle à manger et salon) pour les soirées en famille. La présence d'un garage pour deux voitures (citadines) est également un point positif pour ce logement. Pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, il faut simplement être prudent avec les escaliers, notamment entre le rdc et le premier étage : une barrière de protection serait bienvenue. Une des chambres du deuxième étape a une baie vitrée qui donne directement sur l'escalier, sans installation avec des rideaux ce qui peut poser quelques problèmes d'intimité.

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison. L’emplacement est idéal, très proche du centre ville, mais sans les nuisances sonores, l’environnement est calme. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et bien chauffée. La literie est bonne, excepté pour la chambre avec le canapé convertible, c’est un lit gigogne, bien pour des jeunes enfants, mais qui n’est pas adapté pour des adultes. Ce n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce, mais une des chambres du 2ème étage est ouverte vers l’escalier, ce serait préférable de mettre un store pour préserver l’intimité. C’est le seul inconvénient de cette location. Nous avons passé un excellent we et espérons y retourner.

Well-equipped, family-friendly rental and in the city!
Positive: The location and space were fantastic for our group of friends. The rooms were spacious and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. We had three children ages 2 and under and the baby-related amenities were perfect. The courtyard was great for toddler explorations and there were several parks within a 10-min walk. Great restaurants near the house. We never had to use our cars, even for the grocery store less than 500m away. The Nespresso machine was a hit with some of our friends. The kitchen was well equipped for the frequent cooking and there were plenty of cleaning supplies to last us four days. The house packed a lot of charm, creaking boards and exposed beams. It was decorated with families in mind and very kid friendly. There were portable fans and heaters for those interested. Negative: There was a misunderstanding regarding the garbage. We weren't sure if plastic and cardboard should be separated (as in Germany) and we couldn't find the garbage bin that was supposed to be on the street. The pillows in our bedroom where little more than a couch pillow, very flat and small. We ended up swiping the couch cushions from another room to give us more support. The internet wasn't working when we arrived and was fixed a few days into our stay. This should have been checked prior to our arrival.

Maison magnifique avec belle hauteur sous plafond et decoration soignee. Toutes les pieces a vivre sont agreables et accueillantes. Enfin et surtout, le lieu beneficie d'un melange parfait entre proximité de la vieille ville et du lac, et positionnement legerement à l'écart pour avoir assez de calme. Rien a redire.

Lovely house but terrible experience with Hostenga
Positive: Lovely and comfortable house with ample bedrooms, a highly functional and well-equipped kitchen, and an ideal location. Very clean and well organized. Arrival and departure was easy. Negative: The third party company that manages payment (Hostenga) was very difficult to work with. They sent random bills at random times, including bills that would have had us paying far more than the booking price. They have multiple payment systems, some of which do not appear to pass info to their central billing system. They were non-responsive to emails, and booking.com was similarly ineffective in resolving. When we arrived I was uncertain whether our booking would even be valid given the fact that I had not paid several bills (that were generated in error by Hostenga but that Hostenga insisted that I must pay). Sadly, I would not book this house again given the ambiguity and time suck created by the Hostenga.

I’d love to give this house 5 stars as it is lovely, in a great location and well appointed. However it would be remiss of me to not let other prospective travellers know that one of the main bedrooms had floor to ceiling internal windows to the staircase with no curtains or frosting and therefore was completely open, and afforded zero privacy. This should have been noted in the description and in the photos. If you don’t need all bedrooms, it is fine, however if you are like us and had a couple in that room, it is not at all fit for use. Upon querying the host about this, we were advised to use the other bedroom however this was already in use so was not a viable solution. We also had issues checking it whereby we were told we must meet the host to checkout and were advised we’d need to do extra cleaning even though we’d paid a cleaning fee and had already stripped the beds and emptied the bins. Unfortunately both of these issues really hampered an otherwise great stay.

Unterkunft top - Vermieter unfähig oder Betrüger? Zumindest fehlen 1000 Euro Kaution....
Positive: Das Haus an sich ist top: Lage ist genial, Garage für zwei Fahrzeuge (nicht zu lang), Küchenausstattung super, Sauberkeit top. Es wurde gerade ein zweites Bad eingebaut - damit jetzt 3 Toiletten und zwei Duschen, das ist angemessen für die Größe des Hauses. Einzig die Lüftung oben im Bad direkt neben einem Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Glaswand zum Treppenhaus (ja, jeder kann reinschauen) empfanden wir beim Aufenthalt als Manko. Ansonsten alle wirklich prima! Außer der finanziellen Abwicklung, deshalb die schlechte Bewertung! Negative: 1000 Euro Kaution, die auch einen Monat nach dem Aufenthalt nicht zurück bezahlt wurden. Schriftlich gibt es keinerlei Reaktion, telefonisch werden wir vertröstet oder es gibt seltsame Erklärungen. Es begann schon im Vorfeld: Booking schreibt Kreditkarte, keinerlei Kommunikation - und dann der Anruf bei der Anreise: wir müssten das sofort und im Vorfeld über Payback bezahlen. Ich habe dann auf eine schriftliche Nachricht über Booking.com bestanden - und das Geld angewiesen. Vor einem Monat haben wir ohne Schäden ausgecheckt, die Kaution hat die vermietende Firma bis heute nicht zurück bezahlt. Was steckt dahonter?

Très beau logement, spacieux et confortable, au calme et très bien isolé. Le grand garage pouvant accueillir deux voitures est un plus très apprécié ! La proximité immédiate de la vieille ville est un atout majeur. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, je recommande le logement sans aucune hésitation. Seul petit bémol : une seule salle de bain pour 8, c'est parfois un peu juste.

Beautiful house right next ils down town Annecy. Very comfortable and a lot of space for 4 adultes and 2 kids. Some kids equipment, very well equipped kitchen. Parking garage can have 2 cars easily and appreciate since street parking situation is hard. Very close to the lake, restaurants, and a lot of local shops. I highly recommend!!

Une location idéalement placée en plein cœur d’Annecy et pourtant au calme malgré ce week-end de la Toussaint chargé de touristes ! Un parking très appréciable où nous avons pu stationner 2 voitures une berline et une DS. La pièce principale est spacieuse et très confortable à 8, la table de salle à manger un peu petite en revanche pour 8 personnes. Un bon wifi qui nous a permis de faire du télétravail. La grande cuisine bien équipée nous a permis de cuisiner pour 8 . Les chambres au premier et deuxième étage sont également agréables, literie et draps de bonne qualité. Des toilettes à chaque étage c’est parfait également. A 8 il faut juste s’organiser pour la douche . Parfait pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis !

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Annecy. We could not believe how close we were to the old town. The house is on three levels and everything was well spaced out for us. The main room downstairs is perfect for chilling and the outdoor area was quiet. The house has everything you need. The weather in Annecy was hot so sleeping on the top floor was very warm at night but our hosts gave us three extra fans which was really appreciated. I would very much recommend this house for a family with teenagers. We would definitely return.

Logement très bien situé. Garage fermé très apprécié. Uniquement une très petite salle d’eau pour tout le logement, dommage. Attention tout de même à tous les coûts facturés car le montant du ménage est exorbitant (je ne l’avais pas constaté en faisant ma réservation).

Great flat 3 minutes from "Old Town" Annecy. Several markets and shops 5-8 minutes walk from the flat. It is three stories with two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and three on the top floor. Our hosts were super communicative and prompt with everything... Lovely flat!
