Hostenga sadly doesn’t responde to any messages. They don’t even pickup calls. The person in charge of the apartment in Chamonix was nice though. She did their best to help us and gave us local recommendations. I agreed with Hostenga a refund of the cleaning fee that never happened, tried to reach out to them several times and never responded. I had to ask Airbnb support to help me getting this refund. The apartment is great, super clean. However, Hostenga is unresponsive.

I wish I could give this Airbnb a good review because it was beautiful but there was a huge problem with the host. I booked this months in advance and I was never able to reach the host. I was coming internationally and I was so scared I didnt even have a place to stay because even the day of I couldnt reach them. After about 15 messages I gave up. They never replied once I was there and had a couple questions. So disappointing. Not worth it.

La casa è splendida e funzionale, dispone di spazi ampi e ben organizzati. La vista è davvero impagabile! Da migliorare la pulizia che sicuramente era stata fatta ma non in profondità. Noi comunque siamo stati benissimo, la casa è davvero bella ed è tutto nuovo. Il garage la rende ancora più comoda e confortevole. Consigliata!

The location of the apartment was very convenient, there was a very nice bakery nearby. Also it was 5 minutes walk away from the bus station to get to Chamonix. The place was very clean. It was easy to communicate with the host, she was very helpful with the directions. It would have been nice if we had some coffee pods to go with the coffee maker. I would stay here in the furnace if I am in the area again.

What a STUNNING place!! My dog (Golden Retriever) and I stayed here for a couple of nights and of our 3 week trip round Italy, Switzerland and France, this was by far our favourite place to stay. The location was perfect for getting to Chamonix (an 8-10min drive), the local village shops, supermarket, petrol station were perfectly located (1 min drive or 5 min walk). The view from the whole apartment is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The check in process was very easy, Morana gave helpful, clear instructions and was available on the phone if there was any issues. The apartment itself had all the amenities you could need, great selection of pots and pans, large fridge and small freezer, towels, bedsheets, washing up liquid, sponges, Smart TV, heating etc… For someone travelling alone and with a large dog, I felt very safe in the location, I have a Range Rover that fit in the underground garage perfectly and felt very safe/secure. Can’t wait to come back with family!

J’ai appelé, on m’a dit que le système envoyait le massage et qu’il ne fallait pas s’inquiéter! Très bizarre comme processus. Aussi les frais de ménages sont déraisonnables: 200 euros pour 2 nuits quand le prix initial était de 330 euros Ils devraient tout simplement mettre un prix approprié plutôt qu’utiliser cette technique cachée pour mettre le prix plus haut! Tous les autres endroits que j’ai loué les frais d’administration et de ménage sont normalement autour de 20-30 euros Les autres l’inclut dans leur prix Je trouve que cette méthode n’est pas honnête

Wij hebben dit appartement geboekt voor een kort verblijf van 3 nachten. Is zeer ruim voor 4 personen en heel mooi en met smaak ingericht. Er is een goed uitgeruste keuken aanwezig. Van de parking kan je direct met de lift naar het appartement. Een ruim terras nodigt uit om er te aperitieven. Chamonix is op 10 min. Met de auto gemakkelijk bereikbaar. De communicatie met de verhuurder was zeer goed. Wij zouden dit appartement zeker opnieuw huren.

Pasamos unos días muy lindos en este alojamiento. El entorno es muy agradable y el alojamiento es encantador. Morana respondió rápidamente cada vez que la necesitamos . Solo aclarar que el alojamiento tiene 2 baños pero solo 1 WC, cosa que podría ser algo negativo ya que quita intimidad. De todas formas el alojamiento es precioso y lo recomiendo!

Positive: No comment Negative: The title "Apartment with a view of the village and the mountains" is a blatant lie. All you see from the living room is another apartment block barely 10 meters away. If you lean over on the right hand edge of the balcony you can catch a glimpse of one hill, a few houses and a fraction of a church steeple. Very misleading. Don´t count on a panoramic view of the massif du Mont-Blanc in any case. ARRIVAL: Booking literally says "upon arrival a concierge will greet you and charge your credit card with a 500 euro deposit". This is another blatant lie, there is nobody at all, let alone a concierge. So we called the number provided and a lady said she was driving "so I can't talk now, but I´ll call you back when I arrive at my home". When at last she called back, she said we had to make a bank transfer of the deposit before she would give us the codes to enter the apartment. When I told her there should have been a concierge with a credit card machine, she said that wasn´t the case and it was our problem, not hers. We spent two hours in the freezing cold in our sweaty skiing clothes trying to pay the deposit. When I sent her the proof of payment, she said that didn´t help, she needed the funds on the account (which takes 24 hours from my country of residence). In the end we had to find a friend with a local account to pay the deposit a second time to be able to enter. These people terrorize you by withholding the access codes until you adapt to their errors. STAY Do not expect hotel service. We received half a roll of toilet paper for four nights and four people. When we asked for more, they said it was our problem, we should buy it ourselves. The heater is blocked at 19 Celsius - so much for a cozy stay. DEPARTURE The cleaner tried to strong-arm us by whatsapp into leaving the apartment before the 11 oclock deadline... and then didn´t show up at all.

Le séjour s’est super bien passé ! Les indications à l’arrivée sont très claires pour récupérer les clés. L’hôte a été flexible sur l’horaire car nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu. Seul point négatif est le check-out il demande d’enlever les draps du lit, rassembler les serviettes de toilettes.. tout ça en payant 180€ de frais de ménage c’est un peu abusé.. Sinon l’appartement est magnifique !

Positive: Neue und sehr schön gestaltete Wohnung, voll ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, zentral gelegen aber dennoch ruhig, freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermittlung, die wir aber nicht persönlich kennenlernten. Negative: Die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich, aber der Häuserkomplex wirkte anonym, weil noch wenig bewohnt, schien vor kurzem neu gebaut, an vielen Stellen im Haus, v.a. in der Tiefgarage liegt noch Baustaub.

Beautiful recently built apartment, which looks just like the pictures. Great location around 10 min drive from Chamonix, within walking distance from a supermarket, pharmacy and a few pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We would stay again.

The kitchen was stacked with everything you’d need to create some bomb meals with fresh French ingredients. The location was really good & very close to Chamonix (about 12 min. drive); there was a Carrefour & pharmacy in walking distance as well.

Absolutely superb, spotlessly clean, location fabulous, very quiet. Well equipped chalet. Check in and check out was perfect. There was just two of us staying and the chalet was more than big enough, but it may be a bit tight for 6 adults. I am so sure we will be back.
