Positive: Locația Negative: Nu îmi răspunde nimeni deși am dat multe emailuri cu anumite intrebari.. Faptul ca am plecat mai repede cu o zi din cauza grevei din Franta și am informat agenția dacă se poate obține un ramburs pt noaptea pierduta. Insa în zadar. Iar garanția luata nici nu stiu cand se va restituii.

Positive: Location is really splendid, just steps to the see and all attractions. Carrefour supermarket is around a corner, as well as plenty of cafes of different level. Nice host helps a lot to accommodate our early check-in and check-out Negative: Nothing special to mention

Positive: Отличное месторасположение, до набережной и пляжа пару минут ходьбы. Продуктовый магазин в этом же доме-очень удобно. Прекрасный wi-fi, работал отлично. Negative: В стоимость проживания входила уборка квартиры (122 евро), а в итоге при заселении мы обнаружили грязный пол, и много пыли было везде - в шкафах, в тумбочках. Чтобы сложить вещи-приходить самостоятельно сначала везде протирать пыль. и грязная, плохо промытая посуда( Еще не понравилось, что в квартире очень темно и сыро. На фотографиях - она светлая, а на самом деле терраса выходит во двор, куда вообще не попадает солнечный свет.

The flat really ruined my holiday in Nice
Positive: Great location, close to the sea, quiet, there's a lift, washing machine and microwave Negative: The flat does not look like the photos. The picture shows a modern flat, but in reality the furniture is old and very ragged. Just a terrible bathroom, all rusty and mold! The advertisement specified a deposit of 400 euros on arrival on the card, in fact they demanded cash, this was an unpleasant surprise.

The apartament is well located, it looks like in the pictures and the host is really nice. Unfortunately there is a big problem with the next door neighbour, we tried to stay on our terrace at night, talking at a normal to low volume and she started yelling and threatening us and after that she threw water at us. I mean if you don’t want to use the terrace, it is a nice place to stay in.

Nous avons été les premiers de la saison apparemment et nous l'avons senti à l'odeur de renfermé de l'appartement. Nous n'étions pas sur que le ménage ait été refait depuis la fin de saison dernière. Qui plus est tous les soirs à 1h du matin la musique se faisait entendre comme si nous étions au dessus d'une boîte.

A fuir absolument !! Annonce mensongère annonçant une climatisation, arrivée dans le logement la climatisation n’hésite pas. La conciergerie ment ouvertement en nous disant qu’ils vont venir la réparer, après plusieurs appels et les choses prises en main par airbnb, la conciergerie avoue que la Clim n’existe pas. A 125€ la nuit ce n’est pas possible d’accepter cela…! La seule chose bien est la localisation de l’appartement.
