    L'appartement est très agréable. Rénové il y a peu, nous l'avons reçu prore, dans le état qui avait été décrit. Son vrai plus est sans aucun doute son emplacement, a deux pas du Vieux Annecy, très proche des restaurants et commerces. Halil, avec qui nous avons échangé, est très agréable et très accessible. Nous recommandons pur une petit séjour en amoureux.

    appartement très bien situé juste à côté du lac. par contre attention, pas de parking gratuit dans la rue comme annoncé ( au contraire zone rouge) Il y avait du linge sale dans la machine à laver à mon arrivée et la description indique la présence sel, poivre, papier toilette,..... hors il n'y a rien de tout cela.

    Positive: للأسف لم يعجبني شي Negative: عند وصولي الى الموقع لم تكت صاحبة الشقة موجودة ، انتظرت لمدة ربع ساعه ، وعند وصولها رفضت تسليمي المفتاح . وطلبت مبلغ تامين 370 ريال سعودي مايقارب 100 دولار وعند تواصلي مع بوكينق ابلغتهم انه سوف تسجلني بعدم حضوري الى الموقع هل هذا يعقل ؟

    Positive: Excellent location. Well equipped apartment. Clean facilities. Negative: The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. For two, the bed is rather small. No privacy in the bathroom, as there are only sliding doors that do not really close.

    Positive: Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt und die Dame war sehr freundlich, hilfbereit und kommunikativ. Der kleine Balkon ist gemütlich und gegen den Innenhof gerichtet, daher sehr ruhig. Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider waren wir von der Kommunikation der Anbieter etwas enttäuscht. Wir wurden erst sehr kurzfristig informiert, dass wir eine Kaution von €300 bezahlen müssen (steht wohl irgendwo in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft). Das Bad ist recht alt und die Sauberkeit dürfte verbessert werden (auch beim Kühlschrank). Negative: Leider waren wir von der Kommunikation der Anbieter etwas enttäuscht. Wir wurden erst sehr kurzfristig informiert, dass wir eine Kaution von €300 bezahlen müssen (steht wohl irgendwo in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft).     Positive: l’emplacement situé à 100m du lac. le studio au design moderne. les personnels, qui devaient appliquer les consignes de la société de gestion, étaient très aimables. Negative: les rapports avec la société de gestion : chantage à la remise des clés si une caution de 300€ n’était pas versée. changement des horaires de départ et du montant de la pénalité en cas de départ anticipé . la température de l’appartement malgré un ventilateur neuf.
