Poor.
Positive: No comment Negative: Very basic and quite tired, water was turned off for a full day when I arrived, shower leaks into the bathroom floor, tap in bathroom is too heavy and water went all over the floor, curtains in the living room don’t completely cover the door. I was also forced to pay €468 in cash due to Hostenga payment system not working. I only had €400 (all I could get out) on the first day and was threatened with not being allowed to stay - even though I’d already paid €468!! Finally agreed to let me stay but I felt quite uncomfortable with this whole situation. I was made to feel like they were doing me a favour letting me stay there when actually the situation was caused by errors on their side. No offer of compensation or an apology. Very poor!
