The pool that is advertised front and Center of the ad is closed most of the year. Unless you’re going in the summer it won’t be usable but they will still advertise it :/ wouldn’t have spent so much if I knew this and when I told them they should change it they didn’t respond :/

Although the host did respond quickly, we got here when dark so we very hard to see when finding the key box plus we didn’t get even told which flat was ours so we had to guess as it was one of two so glad they wasn’t home . We found the flat we pretty dirty compared Airbnbs before especially when we paid over €600. Air on was making a strange noise from both units which kept us awake too. Good points location and views but not with the money.

The views where spectacular and although the apartment small it was perfect for us and great value for money. We made good use of the pool, the location was good and the host was responsive if any issues arose. I would suggest ordering an Uber or taxi if you are coming from the train station, the walk is quite far and very steep!

The views from the flat are simply stunning, it was a pleasure to wake up to views of the sea. The appartment has a convenient parking easy to access but everything else is quite basic in terms of kitchen and bathroom. A 15 min walk from some nice restaurants near the water in Cap D’ail. However Hostenga have been completely unresponsive, fromt the time we booked to the day before our arrival, i had questions about check in and other details and only got one half answer and never heard back from them after that. I finally heard from the host before checking in and Thierry was super helpful and flexible with our check-in. The pool was unfortunately closed and not accessible for us which was quite disapointing. Location of this flat is great if you have a car, 25 mins from nice and Menton.

Alloggio magnifico situato in un residence di recente costruzione completo di tutti i comfort: climatizzatori, smart tv grande schermo, wi-fi esclusivo, lavastoviglie, forno microonde, forno tradizionale, phon , caffettiera Nespresso, aspirapolvere e lavatrice. Vista panoramica. Posto auto esclusivo. Ottima posizione a 5 minuti d’auto da Monaco e a 15 minuti da Nizza. Grande terrazza arredata con tavolo, sedie e poltrone relax. Esiste un ascensore ma occorre percorrere un tratto di scale. L’host Romain è molto gentile e si preoccupa adeguatamente dei suoi ospiti a distanza. Esperienza molto positiva nel complesso. Ci ritornerei volentieri. Lo consiglio senza dubbio.

An amazing place to stay, just 5 minute drive to Monaco. Beautiful views from the apartment. Host was always responsive and helpful. For the price paid I would expect the apartment to come with some essentials, bin bags, washing liquid, toilet roll. Also some things were broken inside the apartment such as tv box cable, and the bottom cupboard. This doesn’t really detract from the stay however had an amazing time and it’s in such a beautiful location. Would stay again.

Idyllic location with incredible view of the sea and mountains. The apartment had all of the necessary facilities and the on-site parking was very convenient. It is located close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. The host was very helpful and communicated efficiently. Ideal place for a couple.

There were a few hiccups, but overall an enjoyable stay. The pool is amazing, with very new and clean lounge furniture. It was definitely the highlight and we went everyday. It was very convenient to have parking and laundry included. The videos for check-in provided clear instructions. Wifi was fast and reliable. There are markets, restaurants, and bakeries within walking distance (there are stairs for pedestrians), which was nice for breakfast and lunch. There is a Nespresso machine and the market had pods for purchase (10 pods for about 5 euro), which was convenient.

AVOID booking with Hostenga at all costs!!! The communication and check-in process with the “concierge” was an absolute nightmare. The actual apartment was clearly rushed being put together. The kitchen sink head was dislodged from the base, the toilet seat was very loose, there was no bed comforter, and water would leak all over the bathroom floor when using the shower. The ONLY thing that salvaged the trip was the amazing view from the balcony and the view from the pool was breathtaking. I highly recommend booking through Sara Riviera instead!!!

Je recommande pas du tout cet appartement, il est trop petit, il sent mauvais (fortes odeurs d’égouts qui proviennent de la cuisine et sdb et de moisissure).Nuisances sonore du à la climatisation qui fait bcp de bruit. Pas mal de passage également devant la terrasse car les gens qui sont dans l’appartement à côté sont obligés de passer par la. Le matelas du lit était sale et le canapé très inconfortable. Le seul point positif c’est l’architecture du bâtiment et la piscine à débordement qui a une très belle vue.

Negative: не совсем чистое постельное белье(простыни с красными пятнами). парковка была занята чужой машиной, хотя место было зарезервировано для нас. интернет и телевизор не работали в апартаментах, хотя на букинге в описании было указано, что интернет на всей территории. встречающий Romain Boulay от апартаментов общался только по Вотсапп, и на вопросы долго не отвечал, сейчас пишет по Вотсапп, что мы не оставили ключ от парковки, хотя я его оставил в ящике для ключей (где и забирал при заселении )и фото доказательства у меня есть .

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Well equiped with 2 aircons and everything you might need at your holidays. Easy access and host was very helpful. Beautiful tarrace with an awesome seaview. Monaco is just 40mins by foot or you can take a bus or train. Bolt taxi is around 7 euro from the city centre. Our best airbnb experience so far.

We had an amazing stay in Cap d’Ail, everything from the area to the appartment was perfect. The area had a lot to offer with walking distance to the centre of Monaco, beach restaurants, grocery stores, the pool, etc.. And the appartment was clean and nicely furnished, with a wonderful terrace. Thank you Romain for the hospitality.

God og nyere istandsat lejlighed med større terrasse. Dobbelt sengen var god og sovesofaen var også med en fin madras for begge personer. En udslået sovesofa fylder ret meget af stuen, så indendørs bliver pladsen lidt trang, men for os var det ok. Lejligheden er fint udstyret, og det var meget rart med vaskemaskinen i badeværelset og aircon i både soveværelse og stue. Omgivelserne og især pool området var virkeligt lækkert og der var generet god plads og roligt. Pool security krævede armbånd til pool området, hvilket værten var uenig i, så der var lige lidt kommunikation, men det blev løst, så mon ikke de næste lejere er uden dette problem. Parkering er i aflåst parkeringskælder, så bilen står overdækket og trygt. Kontakten til værten var meget fin. Først via SMS og instruktioner omkring checkin fik vi på video klip via WhatsApp. Vi kom desværre til at låse alle nøgler i postkassen ved afrejse, så vi beklager ulejlighed overfor værten og overfor de næste lejere. Helt overordnet havde vi et godt 7 dages ophold på et dejligt sted.
