Positive: Peaceful location, well equipped, nice decor , responsive owner . garage is suitable for tiny cars, medium cars should look to street or public parking Negative: Booking / paying / dealing with Hostenga (property management company) was troublesome - they don’t respond. Slow Internet. Paid a cleaning fee but apartment wasn’t that clean when we checked in (lint in the dryer, crumbs )

Positive: Appartement super bien équipé et très calme. Tout est là, la tablette pour le lave-vaisselle, la dosette de lessive pour le lave-linge... Les lits sont très confortables. Negative: La réservation a été affreuse. Impossible de les contacter ou de leur poser une question. Processus hyper compliqué pour payer. L'appartement était sale, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé. Aucune réponse à part un "désolé".

Chouette appartement pour un séjour en famille
Positive: L'appartement se situe dans une rue calme au bord d'un cours d'eau. La vue est magnifique. Les équipements sont de qualité et la pièce à vivre est très agréable en été. Le personnel a été très réactif à toutes nos questions. Negative: La mezzanine n'est vraiment pas haute au-dessus du lit, attention pour les personnes de grande taille. Une seule salle de bain pour 8, c'est un peu juste. Stock de papier toilette insuffisant pour 2 nuits.

Be VERY careful when viewing the photos and when reading the description. It is clearly a one bedroom place that has been adapted to become a three bedroom apartment. Which it isn't. One of the 'bedrooms' is a very uncomfortable double bed squeezed onto a tiny landing area with no privacy and no room to do/have anything else. The third bedroom (with the bunks) isn't even part of the same apartment - it is a separate room that you have to access either via the hallway by leaving the apartment, or via the balcony, but then you can't get back in as there is no external door handle. There is one single bath/shower, which is not directly accessible from the 3rd bedroom. Consequently, this is not in any way suitable as an apartment for 8. I'd say that it is OK for 4 max. We were charged a £200 cleaning fee, but then were still told to wash dishes, strip beds, take out garbage, etc. We didn't (but left it clean/tidy), and then had a request for extra costs. It was clean, with decent linen.

L’annonce ne précisait pas qu’une des chambres est en réalité en dehors de l’appartement, accessible uniquement en traversant le hall de l’étage ou le balcon. Pour nous qui étions une famille avec deux enfants de 3 ans, c’était problématique puisque nous ne pouvions pas les faire dormir la bas. Le lit sur la mezzanine n’est pas vraiment une chambre et un filet permettrait de mieux protéger pour les enfants. La localisation est ok, à 15min à pied du centre de Chamonix. Le garage est trop petit pour rentrer une voiture donc il faut se garer le long de la route. Le reste de l’appartement est ok et bien équipé. En conclusion, déçu par le rapport qualité prix.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement fût très agréable
Positive: Communication avec l’hôte - localisation à 15 min à pied du centre de chamonix - grand salon et espace cuisine - appartement bien équipé - largement assez de place pour 6 adultes Negative: Robinet de douche non thermostatique (le thermostatique permettrait de mieux gérer l’eau chaude pour 6 douches) - garage trop étroit pour garer une voiture de taille moyenne, une fois garé impossible de ressortir du véhicule, mais possibilité de se garer dans la cour de l’immeuble
