El mismo día de mi llegada me entero de que no estaba disponible el apartamento que yo había reservado porque, sin preguntarme mi opinión, me mandaban a uno mucho más lejos y claramente peor. Además pretendían hacerme creer que se trataba de una mejora que me hacían sin coste para mí. Una tomadura de pelo. Se aprovechan de la alta demanda que había para esas fechas. Te dejan sin capacidad de reacción. Tienes que aceptar lo que te dan o te quedas en la calle. Yo no acepté. Cancelé mi reserva y estoy esperando el reembolso total que debería ser con daños y perjuicios

Positive: Duży metraż. Mieszkaliśmy w mieszkaniu we czworo i nie „obijaliśmy sie” o siebie. Bardzo duży balkon dostępny z każdego pokoju. Negative: Klimatyzacja nie działa jak należy. Spodziewałam sie że będzie dokładnie posprzątane na nasz przyjazd, jednak na półkach, w szufladach byl kurz. Odpływ prysznica zatkany. Z pralki śmierdziało. W kuchni i łazience było wiele gadżetów (miski, pudełeczka) na których brud się „zakorzenił”. Na zwrot kaucji czekaliśmy miesiąc.

Regardless of the bad payment management, we had a great time while staying in this nice apartment
Positive: Comfortable apartment with good facilities in between two train stations and not very far from the beach (15-20 min). Nice long balcony favorably facing north to stay in shadow. Negative: The reservation amount is split in 2 and after each payment via their Hostenga payment link I was struggling to get the confirmation from the property management. Also, I received a notification that I had to pay the deposit by bank transfer before the checkin although on booking.com property policy information it was written that the deposit would be requested upon arrival and by cash. So I spoke with someone from Hostenga to ask if the money could be deposited by cash and received on checkout. They said that they will contact me back in this regard which they never did. On the checkin day before the arrival, the "manager of the area" contacted me threatening that I won't be allowed to the apartment if I do not pay the deposit. They confirmed my reservation after I had to explain again that I preferred to go with the cash option.

Very nice stay and would recommend for other families
Positive: New and comfortable, good value for money. Location ideal if you have a car, but we made it without one. Basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, present in apartment already. Negative: Dogs barking during the day, the smell from the weed smoking neighbor at 7:30 am.
