Welcome to our charming apartment located in a closed residence in the heart of Annecy. This elegant and modern apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bright living room equipped with a sofa, a dining table and a television for relaxing evenings, and a beautiful terrace furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining or simply relaxing with a glass of wine and admiring the view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet for your comfort and our apartment is fully equipped to meet all your needs. You will benefit from an elevator to facilitate your movements, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, wifi, kettle, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner and central heating to ensure a pleasant stay all year round.

The neighborhood
Located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, your apartment is only 2 km north of the historic center of Annecy, accessible in 5 to 10 minutes by bus or car. The old town of Annecy, one of the city's main tourist attractions, is full of charm and history. Here you can discover cobblestone streets, picturesque canals and beautiful listed buildings. About 2 km from your apartment, the old town is also home to the Annecy castle, which overlooks the city and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. About 2.5 km from your apartment, the Jardins de l'Europe is a peaceful and green public park along the shores of Lake Annecy. It can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by bus or car. About 1.5 km from your apartment is Lake Annecy itself, a spectacular natural jewel that attracts visitors from all over the world. You can take a boat ride or a walk along its shores to enjoy the view. It is possible to get there on foot in 10 minutes or by bus/car in 15 to 20 minutes depending on the often heavy traffic. Finally, about 4 km from your apartment, you can discover the Basilique de la Visitation, a magnificent religious building that offers a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding mountains. It is also possible to walk up to the basilica to enjoy the panoramic view. It takes about 20 minutes by bus or car to get there from your apartment.

Taxi: cabs are available at the Annecy train station and Geneva airport, as well as in downtown Annecy. They can take you directly to your apartment. Bus: There are several bus lines that serve your neighborhood and allow easy access to downtown Annecy, the train station and the Geneva airport. The closest bus line to your apartment is line 4, which is just a few minutes walk away. Train: Annecy train station is about 3 km from your apartment and is served by many regional and national trains. It is possible to take a bus or a cab from the train station to your apartment. Air: Geneva airport is about 45 km from your apartment and is served by many international airlines. It is possible to take a cab or bus directly from the airport to your apartment.
