The accommodation itself was very nice, clean and comfortable, but communication with Hostenga was very difficult, and we wasted a lot of time trying to contact them to arrange check-in. Thankfully AirBnB Support was able to help! We were moved at the last minute, which was presented as “excellent news” and an upgrade, but since we had specifically wanted an apartment in close proximity to our own, we were disappointed in the change. It would have been better if this professional host had called us about this, since there was apparently some damage to the originally-reserved apartment, rather than just sending a message in the app and then being unresponsive afterwards about timing of check-in at the new place, leaving us hanging for several hours. Not the best way to start a short stay.

Positive: Lokacija. Looacija je odlicna, dobra je veza sa centrom grada. Negative: Apartman nema klimu! Na poslednjem je spratu i pretoplo je! Osoblju je samo bitno da uzmu depozit i poprilicno su dosadni sa pitanjem u koliko sati se odjavljujete. Jedino sto valja kod ovog apartmana jeste pogled i lokacija, ali nije vredno dati toliki novac za apartman u kom samo prenocite.

Positive: Well equipped, 10 min walk to beach/trams or plenty of buses, very comfortable and home from home. Unsure why called apartment with sea view when its Clair Horizon which is confusing when booking Negative: No air-con so left blinds /windows open at night but then was noisy. i did ask for a fan beforehand but wasnt provided and tried to buy one when out but couldnt find one!

magnifique vue pour ce bel appartement très fonctionnel géré par une agence , très réactif et disponible point de vigilance par rapport a l annonce, pas d accès au parking de la résidence en théorie (pas de clés pour), pas de climatisation (pas du tout gênant pour nous vue la météo pluvieuse mais à savoir pour l été..)
