The space
The villa on Boulevard Dr Belletrud in Grasse is a magnificent 150 m2 residence with a 30 m2 outbuilding, set in an 8400 m2 estate with elegant design and modern amenities. It is surrounded by a lush garden with a menu of natural terraces, and includes a large swimming pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The pool is 10x5m salt water, in Bali tiles, secured by an electric roller shutter, and heated by a heat pump. The property also includes a 30 m2 outbuilding comprising a bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed, shelves and drawers for storage, as well as a TV and a small table with 2 chairs for a quick coffee or late-night meal.
This room also includes a bathroom and an open-plan kitchen overlooking both the immense garden and the pool thanks to a magnificent bay window - lucky you! The outbuilding's kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven, a barbecue and a dining table with chairs for sharing meals with family and friends.
In addition, opposite the pool you'll find a dining room that opens onto the pool, the sky and the beautiful natural scenery that surrounds your accommodation. At the entrance to the main villa, you'll find a living room that looks out onto the nearby mountains like a painting. The room is flooded with light thanks to the superb bay windows opening onto a balcony leading to the garden. The living area is equipped with a beautiful sofa in refined taste, a coffee table next to it, a large TV screen and a large table with chairs for meals. In addition to the beauty of the place and the quality of the materials and finish, you have access to books of all kinds to get the maximum positive energy for the new school year. The kitchen is in an American style, contains all the necessary equipment to make your stays a real delight; you have a large refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine, .... On the 2nd floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with an XL double bed and the other with two single beds and a convertible sofa. Villa Fragonard offers hotel-quality linens, including beautiful white sheets and towels, to make your vacation exceptional.
