Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, opening onto a 70m² terrace accessible via a bay window that illuminates the living room.
The large terrace is equipped with a dining room with table and chairs, ideal for aperitifs or outdoor meals, as well as a lounge for relaxing. The living room is decorated in a contemporary style, with two large sofas, TV, receiver, large cupboard and coffee table. In the corner, there's a luxurious Baroque-style dining table for meals with family or friends. A fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the living room, so if you're a cooking enthusiast, you'll enjoy concocting your own meals with everything you need.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and an armchair at the bedside, ideal for reading or relaxing. Both bedrooms have fitted closets for storage. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom.
