Quite invasive experience which is not what you want on a short stay
Positive: Location and convenience. Very close to ski slopes. Negative: Check in and check out process is extremely tedious. First, Needs to be done in person or otherwise they cancel your booking. They message you in WhatsApp asking when are you coming and when are you checking out. The messages are consistent, and not in a very friendly tonne. Everything they ask, comes followed by a message of “this is the way or your booking will be cancelled”… At the moment of checking in. They show you the flat and then ask they ask to pay 20 euros in cash for checking in???, which is not mention in the property description when booking. It must be done in cash… and if you don’t want to pay, guess what? Yes, your booking will be cancelled. The “security” deposit is excessive, 300 euros which they insist to also be paid in cash… I was not confortable with this so decided to pay online At the moment of checking out. You must get all bed sheets out, towels, garbage, basically clean all the place?? And then hope they will give your deposit back. Which in any case will only come in 15 days… yes 15 days to give you the money back. Also, there is parking but, was fully occupied by other cars; hence we couldn’t use it, having to park in a public car park. They provide a welcome box kit, which is one toilet paper role and a cleaning sponge…. Honestly, I don’t know how this property made it to get in booking.com , felt like booking a low tier airbnb, with all the usual hassle that comes with. Next time I’ll pay a little more and just stay in a hotel. Where I can have a proper stay my own way.

Positive: tout bien il faut penser à avertir les locataires de la compatibilité casseroles/plaques à induction (les hôtesses ont fourni l'accessoire nécessaire) ainsi que la dangerosité de la prise électrique proche du lavabo dans la salle de bain (moins de 60cms qui est la norme obligatoire ) . Il faut également prévenir les locataires de la présence d'un fil électrique qui empêche de descendre ou de refermer la table (en haut milieu). Sinon le reste est top. Negative: No comment

Séjour extra avec neige et soleil
Positive: L'emplacement : proche télécabine et centre ville Le studio est refait à neuf, l'espace est très bien optimisé. Parfait pour 2 personnes. Des explications sur fonctionnement douche ou four combiné micro-ondes seraient les bienvenues. Negative: Ne concerne absolument pas le logement : Les difficultés pour payer le réservation (ça ne se fait pas via booking.com), les liens dans les mails ne fonctionnaient pas. Difficultés à joindre les personnes concernées (par mail ou téléphone). Booking.com a tenté de faire le nécessaire également. Les hôtes également par la suite. La récupération de la caution 15 jours après nous semble excessif, une fois les restituées et le ménage fait par l'hôte.
