You will feel comfortable during your stay with: a flat-screen TV, wifi, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.

🆙: You will have some equipment for the little ones: high chair, sun lounger, games and children's books.

Located on the Avollions road, between the lake and the mountain, there are many activities nearby. The village centre of Sévrier and the surrounding hamlets will offer you a wide choice of markets, small shops and restaurants.
Summer: you can easily reach Annecy and its activities while enjoying the tranquillity of the Bout du Lac, its national nature reserve and beach, sailing club, boat and paddleboat rental, hiking, cycling track, paragliding...
And around the lake, golf, tree climbing, climbing etc.
Winter: The various ski resorts are: Seythenex in 35 min, Semnoz in 29 min, La Clusaz and Megève in 1h, Courchevel and Meribel in 1h 20 min...
