On an area of 72 m² this furnished duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secured building with elevator and has a balcony with a very nice unobstructed view of the Mont Blanc chain and the valley.
Decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, on the lower level, a large living room with a sitting area; an open plan fitted kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony; a separate toilet and a utility room.
On the upper level a bedroom with a queen size bed; a sleeping area with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds; a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
You have at your disposal during your stay: TV flat screen, wifi, fridge, stove, oven / microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, ski storage etc...

⚠️ Attention: In winter, make sure you have sufficient equipment (winter tires or chains) to gain access to the residence.

Located on the street Côte des Chavants: The chairlift Maison Neuve is 2 minutes away by car, the gondola Prarion as well as shops, ski rental, bakery and snack bar are 5 minutes away by car. Bus stop 2 min away (drive across the valley), the center of Les Houches with these shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
