The space
Luminous 65m2 atypical apartment offers the charm and cozy comfort of a chalet with a triple exposure overlooking the rooftops, the river and the castle. It includes an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a comfortable corner sofa to watch TV or relax, a spiral staircase to access the mezzanine bed 160cm wide (ceiling height of 2, 30m in the entrance under the mezzanine and in the living room cathedral ceiling of 6 m) and a bathroom with tub.
Attention! The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator and it is not recommended with children under 12 years (because of the guardrail on the mezzanine and the spiral staircase)
This makes it an ideal base for discovering the "Little Venice of the Alps" in pairs, solo or even for business trips.

The neighborhood
Located rue Sainte Claire, in the heart of the historic center of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The neighborhood is very lively with local and other shops, restaurants and wine bars. The market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market! At the corner of the street, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.
Getting around
The nearest car parks are about 200 meters from the apartment. You can park at the Sainte-Claire car park (follow P4) or at the city hall car park (follow P3).
Pier (lake) and bike path 800 meters, train station 700 meters. Geneva International Airport 45 kms.
