The space
Our apartment is located on the 7th and last floor with elevator, terrace with sea view benefits from the nearby beach.
It offers the comfort of a stay with family or friends.
it is composed as follows: 1 entrance hall which separates the living area and the sleeping area; a modern fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave ...) with all the utensils for cooking open to a living area with Tv and wifi (living room and dining area) and finally a terrace with sea view arranged with outdoor furniture.
The sleeping area is composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each as well as all the necessary storage space, finally a bathroom and a separate toilet.
It also has a private parking space in the residence.

On arrival, you will be greeted by a concierge, who will ensure that your stay runs smoothly (professional cleaning, hotel-quality sheets and towels provided, handover of keys).

The apartment is located boulevard Pierre Delmas, a few steps from the center of Juan les Pins, its beaches (9min), shops, restaurants, bars, and its Casino.
The area is quiet, yet close to everything.
Getting around
BY PLANE: Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport, 17 km from Antibes Juan-les-Pins.
The BUS 250 line (La Régence stop) will take you directly to the two airport terminals.
BY TRAIN: Antibes train station (TVG & regional lines) at 2.2km.
The train station of Juan-les-Pins (regional lines) at 750m.
BY CAR: A8 motorway, Provençale, exit 44. Direction Antibes center, then Juan-les-Pins.
BY BUS: Antibes Juan-les-Pins is served by the following lines: 250 Express, 200 Noctambus and the 200.
ENVIBUS, serves 16 of the 24 municipalities that make up the community.
BY TAXI: Allo Taxi Antibes (air-conditioned vehicles).
