  1. Casa bella, ma pulite di più per favore.

    Positive: La struttura era molto carina Negative: Non era molto pulita, c’erano delle macchie marroni sulle lenzuola e federe. C’era un po’ di polvere in cucina e soprattutto l’induzione era molto sporca.

  5. Stay was pleasant.

    Positive: Location is nice. Negative: At night due to streets lights, it’s quite bright inside the room. Need to add blinders or thick fabric curtains.

    Positive: Very good location. The apartment is in a building close to the sea. The street in front of the building seems small and narrow but is pretty busy and it can be annoying at night. Good service of Alina - the welcomer. The biggest disadvantage is a lack of an airconditioner in the flat. There are only ventilators on the ceilings in each room. During the summer they are inefficient. I recommend this place but not in a hot season. Negative: install airconditioners.

    Positive: Vicinity of beach and Old Nice Negative: bathroom-water pressure is weak, don't wash dishes while someone is taking a bath, the toilet is strange, you have to flush 4-5 times, the pull-out bed is terrible. The bedding was dirty and torn, there is no air conditioning and you can't sleep with the windows open because of the traffic, dust fell from the fan on the ceiling, the apartment is much smaller than in the pictures, the dishes were dirty, there is no dishwasher even though it says there is one in the kitchen . In a word, it's not worth the money

    Positive: Alina (our welcomer) was very friendly and helpful. She made sure we had all the information that we needed and was available by phone to answer questions. the apartment was very well located and only a short walk to the beach. Negative: There were only two small fans on a high ceiling really that didn’t move any air around at all in the apartment. The weather was very hot and so we spent the whole time we were inside the apartment sweating. We kept all the windows open, but this also didn’t cool things down and as the apartment was on the first floor the noise from the street was incredibly loud day and night.

    Positive: El trato con la encargada de la gestion , muy amable . Cerca de la playa Negative: Este apartamento es literalmente un infierno durante el dia y por la noche se convierte en un autentico crematorio , es imposible estar por el calor que hace , No hay aire acondicionado , esto hace que tengas que abrir las ventanas y oigas el ruido de la gente toda la noche sin poder dormir , gritos , coches , motos pitando , borrachos cantando etc .. si decides cerrar ventanas te asas de calor . Te duchas con agua fria y a los 5 minutos estas sudando otra vez ...

    Positive: .God beliggenhet. Mye kjøkkenutstyr. Negative: På sommeren er det alt for varmt uten air-condition, og man kan ikke ha vinduene åpne om natten pga mye støy utenfor. Dump i madrassene.
