Appartement agréable bien situé, très proche du centre historique. Mais l'avenue est très bruyante, fenêtres fermées obligatoire jour et nuit. Un petit ventilateur insuffisant pour les périodes chaudes.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Kommunikation sehr gut! Leider waren wir im Hochsommer da und die Wohnung war sehr aufgeheizt, der Straßenlärm ist wirklich enorm, wenn man die Fenster öffnet- auch nachts und im Erdgeschoss ist ein Pizzalieferdienst, was über die Rohre zusätzlich heizt. Die zwei Ventilatoren waren aber hilfreich. Ansonsten ist man dort aber mitten im Leben vom "echten", nicht touristischen Annecy, was wirklich seinen eigenen Charme hat! Viele Imbissläden und ein Mangacafé um die Ecke, letzteres sehr sympathisch! Die Sitzmöbel in der Wohnung sind sehr stylisch, aber leider sehr unbequem, zwei normale Stühle wären hilfreich. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in der wunderschönen Altstadt und wir hatten trotz allem wirklich unseren Spaß.

Positive: j'ai énormément aimer ce logement je compte en parler à mes amis. J'habite à Annecy mais ce weekend la je devais louer un rbnb pour mon copain et sa soeur j'ai direct été envoyer vers celui ci étant donnée que je connais cet ville, la situation géographique est très bien. Le balcon est très agréable, très calme dans le bâtiment, tout est à votre disposition la cuisine, très bien équipé, la salle de bain propre neuf, machine à laver produits. La seule chose qui me parait logique été de récupérer mes poubelles et d'éffaires les draps et cela à été très gentillement demander à notre arrivée. je suis honnête et je recommande ce logement. Negative: la route le bruit mais ce n'est rien

Horrible place, rude hosts, too expensive, too noisy, no amenities, it’s like a jail.
Positive: Location Negative: We had a horrible stay at this apartment. Most importantly; it’s been 3 weeks since we stayed at this apartment and we still haven’t gotten the refund of 442 euros for 4 night stay. The deposit was as big as the rent and they don’t have the courtesy to return it!!! They promised 4-6 days and it’s been 15 days. The staff we were in touch with- Jenny, was soo rude and so bitchy that we were so offended at so many points. No humanity!! We were given just 2 half rolls of tissue for a 5 night stay. The floors were so dirty our legs would turn black!! No cleaning service in between. No key to access the trash place in the building. And we got 2 ounces of soap and shampoo for 2 of us. No duvet. Just a thin sheet to cover yourself. And a fan that doesn’t work and is super noisy. The apartment is next to the street and it was soo noisy we haven’t slept a wink those 5 days. Our experience at Annecy was totally ruined by this place.

Positive: Location in the city center Bathroom is quite new Facilities Staff is making his best Negative: The noise from the street is quite strong even with close windows. Very busy street at all time. Need earplugs to sleep properly No self check in so need to coordinate but they make up for whatever screw up there is so it s fine!

Communication with Hostenga is extremely difficult. I waited 1h40 min to check into an appartment. No response to emails, you have to call on the fixed line to be able to speak to anyone. (their excuse is they receive too many emails). The Hostenga booking service uses a local concierge service - they are disconnected and the concierge has no agency. They took a 300 euro deposit, at check out the concierge was not aware and had to go back to her office to look for it. You always have to call the fixed line if you have to speak to someone. Lastly, be careful of hidden costs imposed by Hostenga. They say there is a supplement for early check out without specifying the costs. I had a very upsetting and stressful last night due to this surprise. I will avoid Hostenga if I can!!! nightmare experience.

Appartement bien équipé, ustensile de cuisine quasi neuf. bon frigo, propre. très proche du centre ville, de son superbe marché et du lac. un peu bruyant si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes.
