    Place was in a great location. When we arrived, it was not the cleanest place despite the very high cleaning fee. Missing the small touches like no hand wash and tissue box empty so we had to go out and purchase both. Had to strip the beds and remove rubbish at the end which I wouldn’t mind doing if their cleaning fee wasn’t the highest I’ve ever paid at an airbnb….. All up it was ok, would I stay here again? Probably not!

    Amazing location right in the middle of town, and really nice renovated apartment, it was a great space for two couples! We unfortunately struck some unforeseen issues and found the communication with the manager quite difficult.

    There was a hitch in checking in because I didn’t get a quick response from the host (Hostenga) as to how to get in and how to get the key. Been sending them messages for 2 days but didn’t get any reply. I have to call Airbnb to get in touch with the host when we were already in front of the building. We have to wait outside for the welcomer to come. But Luc, the assigned person to let us in, was very apologetic and extremely helpful in settling us down. Overall, the place is very clean and my family and I had a wonderful time in Annecy.

    Très bel appartement , localisation parfaite, dans une rue piétonne du centre ville mais calme,à proximité du lac et du vieil Annecy . Nous nous sommes garés au parking Bonlieu qui propose des places où recharger sans frais les véhicules électriques . De bons restaurants à proximité . Tres bon accueil de la part d’Anthony. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

    This is the place to stay. One of our favorite AirBNBs yet. Location is perfect. Easy walk from train station and to restaurants and beautiful views. At last… comfy beds in France! The space is gorgeous. You’ll do a little happy dance when you get there. Groceries are around the corner as are coffee shops. It’s peaceful and roomy. And my teen loved staying up in the loft. Though I wouldn’t want to climb up and down the ladder in the middle of the night, it was perfect for him. I love this place! You will too!

    Appartement très bien situé, conforme aux photos et agréable. La chambre du haut est ouverte sur le salon. L'électroménager est de qualité. Il manquait juste l'accès aux balais et aspirateur. Nous avons apprécié l'ascenseur menant directement à l'appartement. Je recommande et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement.

    an amazing place in annecy right in the heart of the old town. walking distance to the lake, public transportation and ton of great shops and restaurants. a few amenities like bathroom handsoap and coffee were missing and there was a previous tenants belongings in the bathroom and hall closet, but it was a wonderful stay and i highly recommend this place. super comfy beds.

    Un appartement idéalement situé et très bien décoré parfait pour un week-end (ou plus) pour partir à la découverte à pied d’une ville juste incroyable où les ruelles sentent en cette fin d’année, tantôt le vin chaud et les épices tantôt la charcuterie et le fromage. Un accueil remarquable par Anthony que je remercie pour son efficacité, sa disponibilité, son excellente communication et sa gentillesse.

    This flat was a beautiful apartment on the top floor located in the center of downtown old town. This flat does have a lift (elevator) to the apartment which is great as being on the top floor, so no worries about getting your luggage to the unit. The apartment has been fully updated with a very large bedroom and another up in a loft area. The bathroom is very large with a great shower area, very large rainfall shower head. While the ceilings do drop in certain areas due to the roof it really does not get in the way of use of the space as I found some other flats had issues with. This flat really has everything you need in a luxury apartment (washer, a/c unit mobile, skylights with great views, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee/tea maker, dinning table. Really loved this flat and would absolutely book it again. Thank you for the great stay!

    We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! Annecy is beautiful, although crowded in August when we were there. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The AC unit worked efficiently and the kitchen was well-equipped. One thing to note: there is an elevator from the lobby to the apartment, but there are a couple of steps up into the living room and a step down into the main bedroom.

    Great location. You’re in the heart of Annecy’s old town and all the great spots are walking distance. The apartment is exactly as pictured. I loved the elevator, it was very helpful with our stroller. It is a small elevator, and there is a step to get up to the doorway before reaching the elevator.
